Do you thrive in a leadership role that blends operations, hospitality, and heart? Topeka’s Ronald McDonald House is seeking an organized, compassionate, and mission-driven Director of House Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of our House.
In this full-time leadership role, you’ll ensure a safe, welcoming home for families, lead and support House Operations staff, maintain 24/7/365 coverage, and collaborate with leadership on community engagement, volunteers, and fundraising efforts.
